Since 1996, we have provided free, trauma-informed legal assistance, financial counselling, and social work support to women across Western Australia — prioritising women experiencing family, domestic, and sexual violence.
Everything we do reflects our commitment to a Western Australia where every woman has access to justice, safety, and the opportunity to live free from violence and disadvantage.
We are guided by five values:
Equality
Integrity
Leadership
Respect
Respect
Why we exist and what we stand for.
Our integrated, socio-legal, trauma-informed approach to supporting women.
The women who lead and drive our work.
The organisations and relationships that make our work possible.
Women’s Legal Service WA’s work is made possible by the people and organisations who believe in justice for women and choose to be part of it. Whether you give your time, your skills, or your support, every contribution makes a difference to the women we serve.
Your generosity helps women find their way forward.
