Who We Help

Our services are open to women of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds across Western Australia. We welcome cis and trans women, and non-binary people comfortable in women’s spaces. We particularly support women who:

  • Are experiencing or have experienced family, domestic, or sexual violence
  • Are dealing with family law matters including separation, divorce, or parenting disputes
  • Are facing financial hardship, debt, or economic abuse
  • Need help understanding or accessing the legal system
  • Live in regional or remote areas of WA
  • Are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander women
  • Have a disability or are experiencing social isolation

What We Do

Legal Assistance

Legal assistance in family law, family and sexual violence, child protection and care, criminal injuries compensation and for working women.

Financial Counselling

Financial counselling that supports women who are experiencing financial hardship due to violence, including help with debt issues and financial advocacy.

Social Work Support

Practical support,  safety planning, and referrals to help women navigate the system and access appropriate services.

Community Legal Education

Educating and empowering women about their legal rights, by building the skills of frontline service providers and other professionals who support them.
